After a proper installation, let’s take a look at the Twilio SMS extension setup with WP Ever Accounting.
First of all, Go to Setting. From the Settings, you will find a tab Extensions. All downloaded extensions can be set up from this option.

Signup for Twilio SMS service
To sign up for the Twilio SMS service, click here.

Verify Email and Phone Number
When you have signed up, you will get a confirmation mail. Check the mail and click on Confirm Your Email.

Once confirmation of the email is done, Twilio will ask you to verify your phone number.

Twilio dashboard
After verifying your phone number, you will ask you a few questions. Click on Skip to dashboard and it will take you to the Twilio Dashboard. From the dashboard, click on Get a Trial Number. This is the number you will use to send SMS to your customers.

Next, you will need two more options – Account SID and Authentication Token.

Setup Twilio
Now go to Twilio settings from the extension and input the number from which the SMS will be sent, Account SID, and Auth Token collected from the Twilio dashboard. Also input the number that will receive the SMS.

Enable Twilio
Now enable Twilio SMS to send SMS to the phone number that you have chosen. If you uncheck this option, the number will not get any SMS.
Actions
SMS will be sent to the predetermined number in the following cases-
- Send notification when any new transaction created.
- Send notification when transaction updated.
- Send notification when transaction deleted.
- Send notification when any new document created.
- Send notification when document updated.
- Send notification when document deleted.
