Add Revenues

Revenue is the top prior line as it appears first on a company’s income statement. Revenue is known as sales on the income statement. Besides, it is independent of deposits, sales items, tax, attached invoices, and other similar records.

From WP Ever Accounting, you can add your new sales to the respective account. To add revenues, simply click on the Add New button which will take you to a new page. Provided that, the currency of the sales will depend on the account chosen.

All fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. Only those fields marked as mandatory need to be filled up during the initial save.

To Add revenues requires an account. On the other hand, when an account is created, you have to choose a currency. That means, when you add revenue to an account, it will automate the currency and the revenue will be converted to the default currency and will be added to the total Incomes.


Revenues List – Components

When revenue is added, it is populated on the revenue list mentioning the date, the amount, account details, category, and a reference if exist. There’s another field ‘Action’ which you can use to edit or delete revenue separately.
