In general, a customer is a person who buys goods or services from a shop or business. Customers are important so that you can keep an eye on sales. Most importantly, you will be needing customers to generate invoices when needed.
How to Add Customers
To add customers, simply click on Add New from WP Ever Accounting plugin menu which will take you to a new page. From the page, you will see the available options required to add customers.
To add customers, you need to fill in the following information –

Name* | Holds the customer’s name. |
Currency* | This is the currency provided by the customer. But the currency of a sales will not be affected by the currency of a customer. |
Email address provided by the customer. | |
Phone | Phone number provided by the customer. |
VAT Number | VAT number provided by the customer. |
Website | Customer’s Website. |
Birth Date | Date of birth of the customer. |
Street | Name of the street of the customer’s address |
City | City address of the customer. |
State | Name of the State |
Postcode | Postal code of the address from where the customer belongs |
Country | Customer’s country name. |
Photo | Photo of the customer |
Customers Listing
On the customers’ page, you will see a list of different fields relating to customers. To point out, the list shows fields for the customers’ names, customers’ emails, and phone numbers. In addition, you can separately use the dedicated field to enable or disable your customers. Moreover, you can separately edit or delete customers from the action field.
Customer Profile
From the customers’ list, you can view the profile of your customers individually. Simply hover over any customer’s name and click on ‘View’. By clicking on view, you will see the details of the customer. You are able to see all the transactions that take place and invoices created for the customer. You will also see how much was paid and how much is due by the customer. In case you need to edit the profile of the customer, you can do it too.
