A customer is an individual who purchases goods or services from a business. Tracking customers is essential for monitoring sales, and customers are necessary for generating invoices as needed.
How to Add Customers
To add customers, go to Sales > Customers > Add New in the WP Ever Accounting plugin menu. This will open a new page displaying all available fields needed to add customer details.
To add customers, fill in the following information:

Name* | The customer’s full name. |
Currency* | The currency used by the customer. Note that the currency of the customer does not affect sales currency. |
The customer’s email address. | |
Phone | The customer’s phone number. |
Company | The name of the customer’s company. |
Website | The customer’s website URL. |
Tax Number | The customer’s tax identification number. |
Address | The street address of the customer. |
City | The city of the customer’s address. |
State | The state or province of the customer’s address. |
Postcode | The postal code of the customer’s address. |
Country | The country where the customer is located. |
Customers Listing
On the Customers page, you will find a list of customer details, including names, emails, phone numbers, countries, and creation dates. Additionally, you can edit or delete individual customer entries using the action options provided.
Customer Profile
From the customer list, you can view each customer’s profile individually. Simply click on a customer’s name to access their details. The profile page displays all customer information, along with a graph showing monthly transactions. You can track payments made and outstanding amounts. Additionally, you can view recent payments and invoices. If needed, you can also edit the customer’s profile.
