Our main target is to create new features for the plugin and facilitate our customers with innovative accounting functionalities.

What Personal Data We Collect and Why We Collect It

At wpeveraccounting.com, we collect and manage user data according to the Privacy Policy with the intention of incorporating the company’s transparency, accessibility, and usability. Please read and go through our policy and refer to those who are in need.

Your Contact Information

Information submitted by you (the buyer) for completing the transaction, delivering the product, informing about new product releases, and addressing any customer service issues are strictly confidential. We do not share this information with anyone.

Additional Information

We use your information for purchase-based activity and to communicate with you if needed. We employ global-standard techniques to protect you from unauthorized access to data about you that we store, including personal information.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact Forms

The contact form collects names and emails, which are also examples of Personally Identifiable Information. The information you provide on our site using a contact form can also be used as an email marketing tool and an add-on to Gravity Forms.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Embedded Content from Other Websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not share your personal information with third parties. But we may need to share personal information with our Agents in order to provide products or services to you. We do not provide any social button services like Twitter, Google+, Facebook, and LinkedIn on our site. That means we do not keep options to transmit your data to any external social services.

How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where We Send Your Data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

How We Protect Your Data

We protect your data using appropriate technical and organizational measures based on the type of Personal Data and applicable processing activity. We take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure that your data is secured and in accordance with our policy. We do our best to protect your data when in transit but you cannot guarantee the security of your data since the internet is not fully secure. To prevent any unauthorized access once we receive your data, we use encryption and security features both in transit and storage.

Payment Processing

We have implemented a third-party payment processor to enable the purchase of extensions from our site. You will be directed to a third-party service provider’s website operated by that provider in order to make the purchase. Information that you provide to the third-party service provider is subjected to the provider’s privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of the third-party providers. To purchase our product offered on our site using a third-party payment processor is solely at your risk.

But we assure you that all credit transactions made by you occur in a secure area of our site and it protects you from any loss, misuse, or alteration of information collected. When an order is placed online at our site, your credit card information is protected by encrypting data in the transport layer.

What Data Breach Procedures We Have In Place

We use SSL/HTTPS throughout the site and databases are properly sanitized before deploying to the testing environment. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so personal identifiable information is never captured by third parties without authorization. If a data breach occurs, the administrators will immediately go through affected users and after informing, the user will attempt to reset passwords if needed.

What Third Parties We Receive Data From

We do not receive any data from third parties. Since we do not use any advertisement tool, we do not collect information from third parties, including advertisers. But wpeveraccounting.com holds the authority to share your data with any third parties if needed. Before sharing, we diligently review authorized third parties when possible and review their privacy and security policies.

What Automated Decision Making and/or Profiling We Do With User Data

We use an email marketing tool that automatically sends emails to our users when we are required to notify them of important news and updates.

Privacy Policy Changes

Although the chances to change our policy are minor, Ever Accounting holds the authority to change its Privacy Policy from time to time. We encourage visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy.
