Before submitting a refund request, you must contact us about the product’s problems. You will receive a refund if we cannot address the problem in 72 hours. We can’t refund you unless you tell us about your problem and explain it to us in detail.
All refunds are processed in US Dollars. Ever Accounting is not responsible for exchange rate variations.
Our billing team usually processes the refund in 3-5 working/business days, but it can take 7-15 days for your bank to transfer the money to our account. If it takes longer than this, please contact us via our website or submit a ticket.

- Your existing scripts conflict with third-party software (e.g., themes, plugins, addons, or scripts) installed or connected to your WordPress website.
- You do not contact the support team for assistance.
- You are unable to provide proof or screenshots of the issue, such as broken parts or missing features.
- Refunds do not apply to upgrades or renewals (Subscriptions automatically renewed are not eligible for refunds).
- No second refunds are provided if you have already received a refund for the same plugin once before.
We issue refunds if the following criteria are met –
- The refund request is made within 30 days of purchase.
- There was an issue with the product description, and you were misled.
- There is a problem with installing, configuring, functioning, or displaying content.
- Our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
Bundle purchase
We do not accept refund requests for bundle purchases. When you purchase an extensions bundle, we assume you are already familiar with its contents.

Issuance of Refunds
