Slack Notifications Settings


The Slack Reminder feature informs you of critical accounting activities by sending real-time notifications directly to your chosen Slack channel.

Configuring Slack Notifications:

  • Enable Notifications
    Go to Ever Accounting > Settings > Extensions, open the Slack tab, and check the Enable box to receive automatic Slack notifications.
  • Add a Webhook URL
    Enter your Slack webhook URL in the provided field. This URL connects the extension to your desired Slack channel.
  • Select Notification Actions
    Choose the events for which you want to receive notifications:
  • Invoice created, updated, or deleted.
  • Bill created, updated, or deleted.

Save Settings
Click Save Changes to apply your preferences.

How Notifications Work:

Whenever a selected action occurs in Ever Accounting, the system sends a Slack notification containing:

  • The type of action (e.g., “Invoice Created”).
  • The ID of the invoice or bill.
  • Relevant amounts and status updates.
