WordPress 5.6 Compatibility
WordPress has released its new version 5.6 on 8 December 2020. This new version is explicitly compatible with WP Ever Accounting. We have tested with the previous WordPress versions starting from 4.7.0 to the latest one. Provided that, to ensure the best user experience, we have tested in all aspects regarding plugin and site. We assure you the new version will take your satisfaction to reach the pinnacle.
Add Items
Let’s ask you a question. What’s the purpose of using WP Ever Accounting?
You all know the answer. Your answer will be – ‘keeping track of incomes and expenses’, won’t it? Considering the fact, item as an entity of WP Ever Accounting can be a great help to reckon your business.
Keeping that in mind, we bring you the option to add items within WP Ever accounting which can be used as products or services. You can add as many items as you want and categorize items so that you can easily attach items in invoices or bills.
Generate Invoices
The wait is over !!! Create invoices for your customers instantly and directly from WP Ever Accounting!!
Many of our users were asking for an option to generate invoices within the plugin. Now you are able to add invoices for customers as well as can generate PDF accordingly. YOu can also include taxes and discounts while creating invoices.
Generate Bills
How will it sound if you are able to generate a document of your expense?
Yes! Now, you can also generate bills as a document of your payments and can print your bills in consequence. Similar to invoice, you can add taxes and discounts against the item or service you have attached with your bills.
Set Taxes
By enabling tax, you can put taxes on the items. Moreover, once the tax is enabled, you can include tax in your invoices and bills as well. Taxes can be applied either as fixed or in percentage.
View Account’s Profile
Check the information of any account you have created by viewing each of them separately. it means, you can now check each account’s personal information and can monitor all the transactions and transfers on a particular page.
View Customer’s Profile
We now give you the option to view each customer’s profile separately. From the profile, you will be able to check the number of transactions made by that individual customer as well as the number of invoices you created. The best thing is; now, you can check the amount paid by a customer and if there’s any due left in total. These new features make you trouble-free of manual calculation on each customer.
View Vendor’s Profile
We now give you the option to view each vendor’s profile separately. From the profile, you will be able to check the number of transactions the vendor made as well as the number of bills you created for the vendor. The best thing is; now, you can check the amount received by a vendor and if there’s any due left that you owe to him in total. These new features help you become trouble-free since you do not need to kill time for the separate calculations.
View Cashflow Report
Compare all your incomes, expenses, and profits in the same graph and explore and visualize categorically!!
In our previous version, you were able to view your incomes, expenses, and profits separately in the aspect of line-graphs. But in the new version, we have added the cashflow of all entities (incomes, expenses, and profits) together. With these new features, you will be able to compare and visualize your data more accurately.
Enhanced Settings
In the new version, Settings has been improved and segmentized for easy-use. In the latest version, Currencies, and Categories have been moved to Settings from Misc and placed in two different tabs. In the settings, you will also find settings for invoices, bills and taxes.
Extensions
The extensions tab will introduce you to all of our new extensions that will enhance the capabilities of the plugin.
